No, you do not need to supply your own cleaning supplies or vacuum. Complete Clean provides all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that we can deliver high-quality cleaning services unless other arrangements are made.
Booking
Booking a cleaning appointment with Complete Clean is easy and hassle-free. Follow these steps to make your cleaning appointment.
Payments
Payments to Complete Clean are accepted via online banking, check or cash. Our payment term is Net 21. Our banking details are provided in the invoice email as well as on the invoice (PDF) attached to the said email.
Our late payment fee is 10% of the amount due, and it is calculated based on the total amount of your outstanding balance.
Our late payment fee is calculated as 10% of the past due amount. For example, if an invoice for $200 is not paid within 21 days of the invoice issue date, the late payment fee would be $20 (10% of $200).
