While you can book us online or over the phone, please be advised that an appointment is required during opening hours for our office.

Our operating hours are 24 hours per day, meaning that we may execute cleaning activities outside of our opening hours depending on the circumstance.

We are also available during public holidays (booking prior is required).

Wednesday 8AM–9PM

Sunday 10AM–7PM

Open hours: time during which our office is open for customers.

Do I Have To Do Anything To Prepare For My Cleaning Service?

Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.

  • Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method.
  • Turn off the alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
  • The customer has 30 days to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 30 days customer assumes liability.
  • Let us know how we are doing. Complete the Customer Service Evaluation that is left at the time of service, or submit your comments online at Google Reviews, EcayFacebook, Instagram, or EcayOnline. We appreciate your feedback and review, and use them to help improve our services!

Will You Send The Same Cleaner Each Time?

Not necessarily but most of the time. We make our best effort to send the same cleaner each time since it’s the most efficient and it will give you the chance to become comfortable and acquainted with your cleaner. However, we do not guarantee it.

You can let us know your preferences to ensure consistency with our work. If you have a preferred cleaner, we will make every effort to have them service your property.

Do I Have To Be Home When You Are Cleaning?

No. As long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home, there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, you should feel comfortable being at home if you choose.

All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

What Happens If I Am Not Happy With The Service I Received?

Let us know, immediately!

We do make mistakes, but we guarantee nothing less than a flawless resolution to our mistakes. Complete Clean offers a guarantee for those scenarios where you are not fully happy with our services.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of the service in question. We will send a cleaning technician along with a cleaning supervisor back to handle any issues, free of charge. No questions asked.

Do I Need To Supply My Own Cleaning Supplies Or Vacuum?

No. You are not required to provide any cleaning supplies, products, or a vacuum. Each of our cleaning technicians is outfitted with professional-grade tools and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. If, however, you would rather we use your own supplies and/or products, just let us know!

We can take customized requests if you would like a certain product used in your home or in a specific area of your home.

What’s The Difference Between General Cleaning And Deep Cleaning?

Deep cleaning is different from regular cleaning because it reaches the deep grime and dirt in your home that builds up overtime. It covers areas that aren’t traditionally covered by a regular clean. For example: inside kitchen cupboards, and behind appliances such as stove, fridge and washing machine.

Generally, we’d advise that one-off deep cleaning is organized one to two times per year.
In addition to deep cleaning, you should be completing general cleaning on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Within 24 hours, a representative from Complete Clean will respond to your booking inquiry via email, confirming your schedule or suggesting the earliest available schedule. We will also send you our general cleaning and/or deep cleaning checklist along with any important information regarding your cleaning requirements including the service fee.

How Do I Pay For My Appointment?

Payments for occasional services are due upon receiving an invoice from us following the cleaning execution. Payments for recurring services are due upon receiving an invoice at the end of each month.

Invoices (PDF) are attached and sent via email. Customers can view their previous invoices, receipts, and billing statement at any time using their access pin with a dashboard link sent via email.

Payments are accepted via online banking, check, or cash.

Our banking details are provided in the invoice email as well as on the invoice (PDF) attached to the said email. We kindly ask all customers to quote their invoice number as a reference when making payments online banking.*

All rates are in Caymanian dollars or US dollars equivalent. We do not require a credit card on file for appointments.

Our payment credit term is Net 7 days.

An automated “Invoice Reminder” email is typically sent every 7 days for an outstanding invoice.

Yes, we do! As part of our commitment to our service quality and to ensure client satisfaction, we have implemented an Integrated Management System and are adherent to the ISO 9001 standard.

Quality objectives have been established and are monitored by the Managing Director. This plan is continually reviewed informally and is also formally reviewed during meetings with the property owner or site manager. Complete Clean complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements and is committed to providing a high-quality service to our customers.

We encourage customer feedback to assist with the continuing development and refinement of our processes, which we believe allows us to fulfill and exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers receive a high-quality service because of our rigorous cleaner selection process.

Complete Clean has a pre-engagement assessment process to ensure the cleaner is suitable for the work required at the standard expected. This is supplemented with regular on-site monitoring of their work, and in addition, our online Time & Attendance logbook.

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible.

In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days’ written notice for any cause and without penalty.

A new customer may elect to cancel their booking with 1 week written notice for any cause and without penalty.

Occupational health and safety objectives and targets have been identified which support this policy. Complete Clean operates a healthy and safe workplace by providing and maintaining:

  • Safe cleaning tools and equipment;

Complete Clean’s Environmental Management policy applies to all operations and services of the business.

All of our employees, management staff, and cleaning staff are expected to comply with the spirit of this policy. The Managing Manager promotes environmental awareness to the cleaning staff to increase understanding of environmental matters. They, in turn, provide full consideration to the care of the air, land, and water, and to the community health and heritage which may be affected by these activities and therefore minimize Complete Clean’s carbon footprint.

We aim at achieving continual environmental improvement through the implementation of an Integrated Management System. Our objectives and targets are identified in our Quality Assurance Plan. These objectives and targets include factors where the potential environmental effects of our activities can be improved and better controlled.

The environmental objectives are regularly monitored, and the environmental performance is audited as part of the Integrated Management System in line with the internal audit schedule.

To fulfill these commitments, Complete Clean observes all environmental laws, standards, and regulations, and uses wherever possible, products that promote the use of less (or no) chemicals.
