Our Environmental Management policy applies to all operations and services of our business, and all of our employees, management staff, and cleaning staff are expected to comply with the spirit of this policy.
We promote environmental awareness to our cleaning staff to increase understanding of environmental matters. They, in turn, provide full consideration to the care of the air, land, and water, and to the community health and heritage which may be affected by these activities, thereby minimizing our carbon footprint.
Our environmental policy includes the following measures:
- Green cleaning products: We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible to minimize the impact on the environment and reduce the exposure of harmful chemicals to our clients and team members.
- Energy-efficient equipment: We use energy-efficient equipment and appliances to reduce our energy consumption and promote sustainability.
- Recycling and waste reduction: We recycle whenever possible and reduce waste by using reusable cleaning cloths and minimizing the use of disposable cleaning products.
- Water conservation: We promote water conservation by using low-flow cleaning equipment and encouraging our team members to conserve water during cleaning appointments.
We strive for continual environmental improvement through the implementation of an Integrated Management System, which includes identifying objectives and targets in our Quality Assurance Plan. These objectives and targets aim to improve and better control the potential environmental effects of our activities.
We regularly monitor our environmental objectives and audit our environmental performance as part of the Integrated Management System in line with our internal audit schedule. We observe all environmental laws, standards, and regulations and use products that promote the use of fewer (or no) chemicals wherever possible.
