At Complate Clean, we are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our employees and clients. Through consultation with our employees and clients, we are continually improving our occupational health and safety performance and maintaining our management system in compliance with all applicable legislation.
We provide and maintain safe cleaning tools and equipment, protective clothing and safety equipment, and safe work practices and procedures. We provide information, training, and supervision to ensure that our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Our Managing Director accepts responsibility for the effectiveness of workplace health, safety, and welfare, and ensures that the requirements are implemented and conveyed to our cleaning staff. We encourage our cleaning staff to communicate and be involved in health and safety matters, and comply with our Integrated Quality Management System.
We ask our team members to adhere to safe work practices, procedures, instructions, and rules, and to raise any occupational health and safety concerns or issues with Complate Clean management. They are also expected to perform all duties regarding their own and other’s health and safety, and cooperate with management to ensure that health and safety responsibilities are fulfilled.
We comply with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations under the Cayman Islands Department of Health Regulatory Services and the Department of Employment Relations.
