Will You Send The Same Cleaner Each Time?

No, you do not need to supply your own cleaning supplies or vacuum. Complete Clean provides all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.

How Do I Book A Cleaning Appointment?

Payments

How Do I Pay For My Appointment?

Payments to Complete Clean are accepted via online banking, card, check or cash. Our payment term is Net 14. Our banking details are provided in the invoice email as well as on the invoice (PDF) attached to the said email.

What Is The Payment Term?

Our late payment fee is 10% of the amount due, and it is calculated based on the total amount of your outstanding balance.

How Is The Late Payment Fee Calculated?

Our late payment fee is calculated as 10% of the past due amount. Example: If a $200 invoice isn’t paid within 14 days, the late fee is $20 (10% of $200).
