At Complete Clean, we understand the importance of a clean and tidy home for our customers. That’s why we are committed to providing the best possible residential cleaning services in the Cayman Islands. To ensure that we can continue to deliver the same high-quality services, we are introducing a new late payment fee policy. As a result, we’ve implemented a new late payment fee policy that will go into effect on March 24, 2023.


Late Payment Fee Policy: NET 21

The new policy requires that we receive full payment for our residential cleaning services within 21 calendar days of the invoice issue date. If full payment is not received within this time frame, a late payment fee of 10% of the past-due amount will be added to the invoice. For instance, if a $200 invoice is not paid within 21 days of its issue date, the late payment fee is $20 (10% of $200). If payment is not received 30 days after the past due date, service will be suspended until payment is received.


Late payments can result in severe issues, such as scheduling delays, increased administrative expenses, and difficulty maintaining service consistency. By establishing a late payment fee that benefits both parties, we may encourage clients to pay their bills on time.

The late payment fee policy is also essential to our financial stability. As a cleaning services provider, we must cover fixed expenses regardless of when our clients pay. Untimely payments can interrupt our cash flow and hinder our capacity to conduct our operations properly. We can ensure that we can provide our services consistently and sustainably if we encourage on-time payments. Invoice reminders will be sent to our customers for both issued invoices and outstanding invoices.
