In line with our updated late fee policy, all service payments are due within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice issuance (NET 14). If payment is not received by the 15th day, a 5% one-time late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. This fee is capped at KYD 100 per invoice and does not recur or compound.
Late payments cause operational inefficiencies, including scheduling disruptions, increased administrative overhead, and service delays. The updated policy is designed to promote timely payments and support consistent service delivery. It is also essential for maintaining financial stability. As a cleaning service provider, we must meet fixed operational costs regardless of payment timing. Enforcing these policies ensure we can sustain smooth operations and high service standards.
