To continue providing exceptional services, we are introducing a new late payment fee policy, effective from November 18, 2023.

Late Payment Fee Policy: NET 21

The payment term policy mandates that full payment for our commercial cleaning services must be made within 21 calendar days from the invoice issue date. If full payment is not received within this period, a late payment fee of 10% of the overdue amount will be levied on the invoice. For example, if a $2000 invoice is not settled within the 21-day timeframe, a late payment fee of $200 (10% of $2000) will be imposed. If payment is not received 30 days after the due date, services will be temporarily discontinued until payment is made.

Late payments can lead to significant challenges such as disruption in scheduling, escalated administrative expenses, and inconsistency in service delivery. Through the introduction of a mutually beneficial late payment fee, we aim to incentivize prompt payments.

The late payment fee policy is crucial for our financial stability. As a commercial cleaning service provider, we have to meet fixed expenses irrespective of the timing of payments received from clients.
