Effective Date: September 12, 2025

Complete Clean Limited has finalized revised payment enforcement terms for all residential service clients. The changes are intended to reduce payment delays, prevent service disruption, and preserve financial stability. These updates will take effect on September 12, 2025.

1. Revised Payment Terms

All residential invoices issued on or after the effective date will be subject to NET 14 terms. Payment in full will be required within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. This will replace the previous NET 21 policy.

2. Late Fee Policy

If payment is not received by the 15th day following invoice issuance, a one-time late fee of 5% of the unpaid balance will be applied. This fee will be capped at KYD 100 per invoice. The late fee will not recur or compound.

3. Service Suspension Conditions

Accounts with unpaid balances 30 days past the due date will be considered delinquent. In such cases, all scheduled residential cleaning services will be temporarily suspended. Service will resume only after the full outstanding balance, including late fees, is cleared.

4. Enforcement Protocol

Late fees will be applied automatically and uniformly. Any waiver or adjustment must be granted explicitly in writing by management. The presence or absence of enforcement on any one occasion will not affect future enforcement rights.

5. Administrative Application

Invoice reminders will continue to be issued. Clients will be responsible for monitoring due dates and maintaining account compliance to avoid service interruption.

6. Currency and Payment Modes

Payments may be made in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) or the equivalent in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods will include online banking (EFT), card, cheque, or cash.

Complete Clean Limited will apply these revised terms uniformly beginning September 12, 2025, to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity across all residential engagements.
